8 miles at the track with the dogs.
VO2 Max -
2.5 mile - warm up
1 mile - 9.2 mph
.5 mile cool down
5 miles at track with the dogs.
8 miles around Erie - 2 miles with my new neighbor, Jim (9:30 pace) and then 6 miles at a quicker pace.
