Short-Term Running Goals:
10 miles -
Northridge to Vista Ridge
10 miles - Northridge to Oxford
10 miles - at track - 1:15
6 mile recovery run - 48 minutes
9 miles - Northridge to Country Meadows (via Kenosha Road). Out in 34:47; total time was 1:07:25 (fast coming back)
18 miles - Northridge to 119 (1 mile past).
Ran fast - 2:15 total time. Probably too fast of run, but was feeling good and comfortable.
