Made a decision to simply run at a comfortable pace and not worry about time.   Out in about 1:06; back in about 1:04.  Felt good, tired at the end, but feel I'm getting some speed back.

Don't really like my shoes....legs a hurtin some.

2 legs:

1st leg - 9 miles - 1:17 and change - Most of the leg was uphill -- approximately 2000 feet in elevation gain.

2nd leg - 5.75 miles - 47 and change - Same with before.  Climbed Rabbit Ears Pass...quite a steep climb.

Wild West Relay was great.  Our team took second in our Division and 6th overall.  Quite a fun event with a great group of teammates!
