10 miles at the track.  Had to take the dogs as they've been stuck inside for the past couple of days.

Didn't have time to shovel a path, before it got dark, so I had to run in the snow (about 1/3 of it was somewhat clear).  Tough running.  Averaged about 8/minute miles.

20 mile long run this morning.  Left house at approximately 6:35 a.m.

Ran from Erie to Longmont and back (straight down County Line Road).  Approximately 6 miles were new...it was quite hilly and WINDY!

Good run, physically and mentally.  The wind made several sections (especially the last 1.5 miles) very hard.  It was a cross/front wind (so somewhat diag.).  There seemed to be very few tail wind sections.
